Changing your mind
You have 14 days from the day the stove arrives to withdraw from the purchase, and you don’t have to give a reason. Email info@feyrox.com within those 14 days and we’ll confirm where to send it back. Please include a few photos of the stove as it is now — we agree the condition, and any deduction, in writing before you spend anything on return postage. Return postage is at your cost.
What doesn’t affect your refund: unpacking it, unfolding it, assembling it, handling it and looking it over — anything you could reasonably do to check it in a shop.
What does: lighting a fire in it. Titanium takes a permanent heat patina from the very first burn, and the panels pick up soot and scale that don’t come off. A stove that has been fired cannot be sold as new again, by us or by anyone.
So — return it unfired and complete and you get the item price back in full. Return it fired and we refund the item price minus the loss in value, which for a used fire pit is most of what you paid. That’s the “diminished value” rule the law allows, and we apply it openly: you’ll get the figure and the reasoning before we process anything.
We also refund what you paid for the original delivery. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of the stove reaching us.
If something is actually wrong
Separately from any of the above, every Titan1 carries the two-year guarantee of conformity that EU law provides. If the stove arrives faulty or fails in normal use — a cracked weld, a tab that won’t lock, a part missing from the bundle — email us with photos and we’ll repair it, replace it, or refund it.
This applies whether or not the stove has been used. A fault is a fault.
What isn’t a fault
Titanium does a few things that look dramatic and are not defects:
- Heat patina and colour change. Blues, purples, golds and greys appear with the first fire and keep shifting. It’s the oxide layer, it’s permanent, and for most people it’s the point.
- Soot, scale and staining from wood, charcoal or briquettes.
- Warping or cracking caused by misuse — petrol or other accelerants, a firebox packed so tight it can’t breathe, or use as anything other than a fire pit and grill.
- Wear from being carried and used outdoors — scuffs, scratches and dings.
Using it safely
It’s an open fire. Set it on non-flammable ground, keep it clear of tents, low branches and anything that can catch, never leave it burning unattended, and let it cool completely before packing. Titanium sheds heat quickly but stays hot well after the flames are gone.
